Chad Rogers is a founding partner at Crestview Strategy. He helps companies and industry associations make their case to governments and mobilize coalitions that support jobs, growth and investment.
He previously led the research practice at a national public affairs firm. Chad was a Country Director with the Washington based National Democratic Institute (led by former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright).
Chad has worked with governments and political leaders in Armenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Cayman Islands, Croatia, Georgia, Iraq, Jordan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Pakistan, Serbia, Trinidad & Tobago and Ukraine.
He served as a Senior Advisor to Nova Scotia Premier John Hamm, worked on Parliament Hill in Ottawa and has volunteered on campaigns at the municipal, provincial and federal level.The Hill Times magazine named him of the the ‘Top 100 Lobbyists’ in 2014.
Chad is currently a board member of Action Against Hunger/ACF Canada, the Canadian Club of Toronto and the Churchill Society for the Advancement of Parliamentary Democracy. He has previously served on the board of Save The Children and the Kosova Democratic Institute.

A Partner at Crestview Strategy, Rob Silver does more Liberal punditry than is probably healthy. He is a regular on CBC’s Power and Politics’ flagship Power Panel and has written extensively about Canadian policy and politics in the Globe and Mail and Maclean’s.
His public affairs practice revolves mainly around complex energy issues and increasingly advising some of the leading digital and online businesses.
Rob started his career as a corporate lawyer and has also successfully both started and sold entrepreneurial ventures. He likes to think that he brings a somewhat unique blend of legal, business, policy, political and communications experience to his client work.
In 2010, Campaigns and Elections Magazine named him an International Political Rising Star. He was the only Canadian to receive the award that year.
Rob received his law degree from the University of Western Ontario. While in university, he won two North American and two Canadian National debating championships, something nobody else has ever achieved.

Mark Spiro founded Crestview in 2004. Having worked in a senior capacity in both the public and corporate sectors, Mark brings clients a unique insight into managing and mitigating public affairs risks using an evidence-based approach to managing opinions.
Over the past twenty-five years, Mark has organized and executed campaigns for both political and corporate clients which rely on the practical application of understanding the dynamics of opinion and how it can impact the public policy process. Whether for approvals of large-scale mergers or asset acquisitions, regulatory reforms or legislative changes, Mark has delivered winning outcomes for clients in Canada, the United States, Australia and Israel.
Mark’s passion lies in analyzing, affecting and mobilizing opinion to create public affairs victories. He has pioneered techniques for effectively measuring opinions among key audiences and, in particular, using research to identify when and how opinions can be leveraged and mobilized for their greatest political impact. Using the latest technology and battle-tested tactics, Mark has crafted winning campaigns based around mobilizing public opinion in practical terms by connecting voters directly with their elected representatives.

He is a graduate of both the University of Victoria ( Honours- Political Science, 1972) and the University of British Columbia ( Law- 1976).
He has spent the majority of his professional career( 1977-79 and again from 1982-2001) as a practicing lawyer in British Columbia with particular expertise in commercial and estate law and practice. He also has had considerable experience and knowledge of constitutional law having taught courses for many years in Constitutional law and Canadian Government and Politics at the University of Victoria in both the Department of Political Science and the Graduate School of Public Administration.
Mike has had a vast experience working in Parliament and legislatures for and with federal and provincial cabinet ministers, MPs and MLAs. He first worked in the minority House of Commons under the Parliamentary Internship Scholarship Program from 1972-73. From 1979-1980 he served as Legislative and Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of National Defence and Veterans’ Affairs in Ottawa and subsequently as Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Industry and Small Business Development for the Province of British Columbia from 1980-82.
Since 2001, he has served in various senior executive parliamentary and political positions in Ottawa. From 2001-2005 he was the Deputy-Director and then Director of Policy and Research in the Office of the Leader of the Opposition. From 2005-2007 he served as Executive Director of the Conservative Party of Canada. From January, 2007 to October, 2008 he then served as the Senior Policy Advisor for Legislation and Democratic Reform to the Government House Leader.
He was then engaged in some research and lecturing including the publication of an article for the Frontier Centre for Public Policy on the taxation of crown corporations in Canada. Since April of 2009, he has been employed as a Strategic Advisor and General Manager of Crestview.
He has also been a veteran of over 12 federal election campaigns at both the local and national level as well as over half a dozen provincial campaigns in British Columbia
Mike has been married to his wife Marilyn for 38 years and has been blessed with three sons and four granddaughters.

Adam Bolek is a Vice-President with Crestview Strategy Inc, working out of the Ottawa office. Adam helps clients engage with federal, provincial and municipal governments across the country, and has worked with firms from all sectors and industries.
Prior to this, Adam was the Federal Issues Director for Spirits Canada, a commercial trade organization which represents Canada’s distillers and the beverage alcohol industry. He has gained considerable experience in this role and was responsible for promoting and representing the Spirits Industry while working with government, their agencies, NGOs and stakeholders. He also crafted the industry’s largest and most comprehensive engagement strategy with all sectors of government and delivered considerable results, including a legislative change to the 2008 federal budget.
Adam began his career as a Special Assistant to Councillor John Parker at the City of Toronto, where he advised Parker on political and policy issues. He was instrumental assisting the minority on Council in defeating the proposed new revenue tools and taxes to be imposed by Mayor David Miller in 2007.
Adam continues to be involved with political campaigns and party nominations across Canada and all three levels of government.

Michael Westcott is a Vice-President at Crestview, working out of our Toronto office. Having worked in both government and industry, Michael brings an understanding of the complex relationship between the public and private sector in Canada, whether it is at the municipal, provincial or federal level. Michael has worked on political campaigns at every level in his home province of Ontario, as well as in British Columbia, Alberta and New Brunswick.
With Crestview, Michael has worked to develop a unique practice group: mobilizing stakeholders and the general public through activation campaigns. In this capacity, Michael has worked on projects large and small, including for some of the world’s largest and most successful companies. He has travelled around the world to lead country-wide campaigns designed to activate and engage grassroots members using proprietary technology and tactics.

Jordan is a consultant with Crestview, based in Toronto. Utilizing public affairs strategies, Jordan works with clients to identify key stakeholders and engage both the municipal and provincial governments. An adept researcher, Jordan monitors the media to identify emerging trends and developments, as well as conduct in-depth analysis for her clients.
Prior to joining Crestview, Jordan completed her Master’s degree at King’s College, University of London UK in International Peace and Security. As a graduate student, she engaged in-depth research methodologies in order to examine current political issues, particularly those dealing with public opinion and the influence of the media.
Jordan also brings with her significant international experience, having worked for political and developmental organizations in Africa and the Middle East.

Morgan Hayduk is a consultant with Crestview Strategy, working out of the Ottawa office. Morgan helps private sector clients from all sectors and industries engage with federal, provincial and municipal governments.
Prior to joining the Crestview team, Morgan spent time in Washington D.C with the American Legislative Exchange Council working on their Civil Justice Task Force and Membership team.
Morgan has worked on provincial election and leadership campaigns in both British Columbia and Alberta and plans on continuing to be involved in political campaigns across Canada at all three levels of government.
Morgan holds a bachelors degree in Political Studies from Trinity Western University with certificates in Public Policy from the American Studies Program and Leadership and Applied Public Affairs from the Laurentian Leadership Center. He is currently an MBA candidate at Trinity Western University, graduating in the spring of 2014.

Christina Cowen is a Creative Director at Crestview Strategy, working out of the Toronto office. A proficient and multifaceted designer, Christina leads in the development of creative projects, working internally and for clients on a wide array of work.
Prior to joining Crestview, Christina completed her Bachelor’s in Design with Honours, offered jointly by York University’s Department of Design and the Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced learning. She went on to achieve a post-graduate certificate in Web Design.
Christina contributes her experience in print and web communications, time-based media, and online marketing to the Crestview team.

Supriya is a consultant with Crestview Strategy, working out of the Toronto office. She has a J.D. and LL.B from the University of Montreal and a B.Sc. from McGill University. Her work in policy analysis and government relations is largely focused on maintaining and building stakeholder relationships, as well as assessing the policy implications of legislation within the Canadian regulatory framework. Her legal and policy background allow for an in depth understanding of a variety of topics that permeate the news stream, allowing her to identify emerging trends.
A natural and effective communicator, Supriya has made a name for herself as a political analyst and commentator in all areas of media – print, broadcast and digital. Her political insight has been sought out by a myriad of outlets, including: CNN, Le Monde, The Agenda, Canadian Business, The Globe and Mail, CJAD 800, CTV, and CBC, among others.
To ensure that she has no free time, Supriya is also currently working as press secretary and spokesperson for David Soknacki’s mayoral campaign in Toronto.
